Bishop Bell has made significant accomplishments in the Baltimore Metropolitan area; his message of love has extended beyond Greater Paradise and Baltimore. His gift has afforded him over 20 years of pastoral ministry and the opportunity to serve in various national and international areas, which notable leaders have recognized to be at the forefront of the apostolic and prophetic function within the Body of Christ. He is not only anointed to preach and teach the word of God but he also has been blessed musically as a vocalist. He has shared the stage and worked with numerous recording artists in workshops, seminars, and events.
